Awww Fleur 😭 you will be missed on here, I’ve watched for about 11-12 years, you were one of the very first I found back in the day when I didn’t have a clue how to apply eyeshadow or curl my hair at 30 years old. I’m gutted all the good ones are leaving this platform. I hope you get more time for your family as I understand how long these videos can take to make (daughter does mine craft ones). Take your time rediscover your passion, rebrand if needed and come back when you’re ready. We would rather watch content your passionate about than whatever these past couple years have been (where your forcing yourself to do something your no longer interested in because you think it’s what we want). Keep in mind you may lose followers, but you will gain new followers. We too have become adults and have different interests than we did when we were 21

@@sarahbee27 I don’t have as much time as I used to and I found I could spend an hour on IG each day. Now it’s 15 minutes or so on UA-cam. There’s a start and a stop to it. I can walk away for a week and catch up versus IG.
Fleur you were the reason why I spent literally all my uni money on beauty products, back in 2010!!!! Watching your monthly fave products, I would copy every single one. Obsessed! Love your personality! Amazing person, hope you go very far with Raven and everything else, always will be a supporter.

It's so bitter-sweet to watch this video... on one side, I have been watching since the very early days, I have literally grown up with you over the last 11-12 years. I was in high-school and now I'm nearly 30 :D Your videos have always been so calm, collected and the source of great advice. I've always looked forward to the next one and watched every single one; your channel and books were even subjects of research in my MA thesis in PR&communications... so you will be missed dearly.
On the other hand I'm so happy for you and your new ventures! I wish you, River, Mike and all the animals a healthy new year and an inspiring, successful path wherever it takes you. I do hope to see you again here at some point and send you all the best

Aw I’ve put off watching this video because I’ve been in denial, but I totally understand and support this decision! I’ve been following since around 2012 I think when I was in college and the beauty space on UA-cam has changed so dramatically since then. It makes sense to me that Insta would be a better fit for Fleur now. I hope to still see home content, some beauty/fashion and of course some glimpses of the pups. Congrats on all you’ve accomplished, I’m excited to see more from Raven James as well and will continue to cheer you on from over here in Cleveland!
