Plant Spirit Medicine teacher Alison Gayek speaks about the transition to Spring

Ancient traditions have described that energy as a continuous movement of the world. All is energy, from plants, trees, and humans to the forces of weather. Energy is not uniform; it is continuously moving from one expression to another.
The seasons are a great example of that cycle of movement. In the last few weeks, we have experienced that energy flow from the Winter into the Springtime, in which the cold and dark energy moves away to allow a new form of energy to emerge and grow.
