Wow! What a nice truck. Whoever the new owner is, is going to be well taken care of with that truck. Anybody can tell that’s a cared for and maintained truck. Thanks for the content as always JC.
Dear J.C. Smith projects 👍👌👏 Uuuuh, I definitely like your statement how you will handle respectively block typical interweb trolls/haters and people stealing your time for no reason. Best regards, luck and health.
That's still a good truck!! If I recall correctly, when you hauled off the bus body you were roughly at 15.5 k curb weight. Which is a good number because I've seen some Haul & Tow trucks rigged well over 18k. As far as requirement... anyone can go on line and pull up any States CDL Handbook and figure out what the requirements are.
Just realised watching this video this model truck seems to use the same cab as a European 1990's era Mercedes 814/1117 I did notice the body lines looked the same but there is alot the same door panels inner handles etc and them when you showed the under side of the cab it's 100% the same as the wheel opening is still there for the euro cab over style
appreciate that. i like to point out the good and the bad....it is hard enough buying a 20 year old truck as it is...no need to make it sound better than it is.
@@j.c.smithprojects lots of dealers up here have gotten really good at hiding defects. I looked at a 2006 sterling plow truck advertised as great condition frame. They painted over the rust, frame was rust jacketed so bad it was pulling the huck bolts apart.
JC, you always have kept up your personal vehicles 🚗 no matter what. I know that if someone buys it. They will truly pay your price. Also have you ever finished the square body Chevy for the old gentleman ? Because I haven’t seen anything since your last video on it. Thanks for all that you do on your videos. They are truly well done.
no doubt i will miss it. it is nice to have a truck you can just hop in and go anywhere without worry of having troubles. i have lots of interest but i think if it sits around here much longer, it is going to stay righ here.
Your going too miss the ole girl but she's done you good and there's always another one but least people know what they get from you so thats worth something in my book.... but cash talks and B.s. walks hope you sell it quickly....
Its amazing how heated certain topics can be, and how much confusion there can be. I would love to have this rig, would be perfect for some of the machines I haul, be nice not to have the trailer behind it. Thats a good price.
i have hauled a ford f550 4x4 diesel bucket truck on it with a trailer behind hauling a f250 std cab 4x4 diesel. it wasnt fast but it it was safe and efficient.
I’d say that the price is fair. And yeah, you’ll probably regret selling it somewhere down the road. Seems that’s always the case. Just have to find another one!
That is a great price. Especially coming fro a guy that doesn't seem to sell or build junk equipment. I hate that your I the states and taxes and shipping and that stuff is horrendous. That would e a solid Truck to start a hauling, scrap or towing service. If I ever get down your way when I start otr'ing next month I'll msg you JC. Would love to stop by and show the new Truck and meet you.
I would not be afraid to buy anything you are getting rid of. Sometimes you can just go by the man and his word. You are one of those guys.
i appreciate that. i have no interest in representing it in any other way that what it is. it doesnt do anyone any good.
You're not the only one mate. I like the no bullshit attitude he exudes and his willingness to help others

She is a beauty! You deserve to get whatever you ask for it. It's in awesome shape. Love the content!

I would imagine it'll sell fast J.C! 🙂👍 That would be a nice rig to have!
Very nice truck. my opinion it is worth more because of the no DEF

If I had the cash this would be the first time I would buy a truck unseen
That's a good looking truck JC
Nice truck from a reputable guy that takes care of his stuff
from the Netherlands thanks for the video C.J.
I said I’d never buy another used truck but for a honest guy like you I’d buy in a second.

Good luck with your sell. I don't think you will have a problem...
If I had a use for a truck that size I would fly up there and buy it from you because I know it has been well maintained
If I had the money, I'd be on the way in the morning 😆
Good luck with sale

i have some more parts on order. they have been on backorder. when i get the parts, we will continue.
Nice truck JC..
I wish this had been available last summer before I spent my truck budget on a "fixer upper" that's still not back on the road.
im sure yours will suit you just fine once it is up and going.
Nice truck!
Very nice truck
I predicted the price tag within $200 of accuracy. You won't have any problem selling it.
Good truck
Nice looking truck. Hopefully you find a buyer so we can see more truck builds cause I am sure you’ll miss it and want to replace it

very cool
I think its a nice looking truck and you probably sold it before the video is downloaded with the shortage of rigs
Ontario you need a z or air brakes license probably have to get dz license
Its amazing how heated certain topics can be, and how much confusion there can be. I would love to have this rig, would be perfect for some of the machines I haul, be nice not to have the trailer behind it. Thats a good price.
I’d say that a damn good price….good looking truck

Has this truck already sold?
What are you going to haul the slab wood on now.

What size is the cat engine
Truck is well maintained, you shouldn't have no problem getting what you're asking for it.

sounds good. when you come, i will be the guy in the shop "making junk great again".
i think that's a very fair price on that truck.
nice
Well said about adults acting like children
I thought you hauled the Gradall on that once? lol
no. the gradall weighs in at over 24,000lbs. i use the 30' ft rollback for that.
What a nice truck for the $$
Hey JC. How much to post to Australia? Hello Mrs JC.
i can take it apart and ship it part by part. might get pricey.
@@j.c.smithprojects Haha!
@@j.c.smithprojects postage would be worth more than the truck! That’s a lot of stamps !
Wassup JC
Nice looking truck sir.
Good deal
How much$$
Said it twice in video.
Oh to the poor decisions I could bring home on the back of this truck!
Hello Jc what's up bro
hi JC
Rephrase: I do not like children who act like adults. Cause you did say it the other way...
