@@xmixaplix I think it's just easier for an American to move abroad get married and return on the K-3/ CR/1 Visa. The K- 1 Visa process is a little more difficult. It takes more money because you're doing everything in American dollars versus bringing your American dollar abroad.
Meaghan Battle-Ramirez South Korea is not an underdeveloped country though. I’ve lived there and I’ve never ever felt as safe as I did there here in the US. The dollar to won value is pretty similar as well...
I think for a con to go around the 1K process is just too expensive to go about doing all this work just to get her to move to Korea. Apparently, her aunt was murdered and she had just found out while they were filming for this scene. That's why when he asked "what's wrong" she says "I will tell you later" obviously not wanting to speak about it on TV.. that is what someone else commented on one of the other videos of her "meltdown" so idk how true it is. Her daughter seems to have signs of autism. My son is the same age, only difference is he is non verbal right now. I wouldnt get a leash but i can definately see the benefits. I wonder if there are no autistic kids in south korea?? Or how do they discipline children like that?
I used one on my daughter so she can have some sort of freedom walking around while i feel safe that shes on the end of that backpack leash. That and i taught my daughter about my stare so if she being rowdy and she looks at me, she knows when to stop.

This is the problem of single mother households. Best case scenario involves multiple people, at least 2 parents + maybe even grandparents, all following the same structured and reasonable standards of disciplining a child. Single mothers disproportionately either don't have the nerves to be the bad guy or they straight out abuse the child. She is going down the path of least resistance.
