Almond Apple and Jam Cake with Crunchy Base

For the bottom. Crisp:
250 g crushed biscuits
100g melted butter
Cake recipe
250g sugar
325 g 00 flour
Gr 15 Yeast for cakes
200g Eggs (4)
Gr 165 Sunflower seed oil
165 Gr Water
150 g chopped almonds
2 Apples
