Steph! Remember how I was training for a marathon here in Maine that was on the same day as the London marathon? Well, I sustained a foot injury while running a half marathon race just two weeks before the marathon and had to pull out of the marathon. 😔 I was SO depressed. I had trained for literally months and months and was on pace to qualify for Boston. So now my new sport is recovery... I'm so focused on healing so I can get back out there and get after my marathon! Since I can't run right now, I've been biking & swimming. Can't say I enjoy the stationary bike lol (although it's pretty challenging on the legs!) but I love love love swimming and can easily swim 3 miles without even breathing too heavy. Running really is harder than most other sports I've tried! Anyway, I just wanted to put it out there that I WILL recover, run that marathon, and qualify for Boston. That is my 2023 goal!! 💪💪

Food (meat, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.) always weighed/measured cooked, except for oatmeal which is measured dry. Olive oil always eaten uncooked. But so close, love your commitment!

After my first job where i have to spin around upside down for an hour I can't anymore sadly cus stomach issues :( You have such a fun energy, I would love to train and hang out with you sometime! Hi Stephanie and Grant I enjoyed the Chris Bumstead's full day of eating, and I just thought of someone different to try I haven't seen much footage of what Justin Timberlake eats when I was listening to some 2000s songs the other day. And I loved the training footage, my goal is enter a 5K or 10K race when one comes up in my area : )
I was dying when you said comment down below who you think I should attempt to eat and then corrected yourself after 😂💀 even if you hadn’t corrected yourself I still knew you meant who’s diet you should eat . Also peanut butter is definitely better than almond butter that’s just the facts 🙌🏼
Store your peanut butter upside down right after you buy it so the liquid goes to the bottom. Much easier to mix when you open it for the first time. Don't do it if it has no foil on the top though, that's a mess ;)

Measurements are always made raw. The amount of time or heat you cook it at will determine the amount of water that is in the food meaning it is too variable so for bodybuilders raw weight is the most accurate way.

My goal is finding a diet that works for me and getting more motivated and consistent with my exercise, I tend to start and then slack off along the way which I'm not happy about but I want to work on these things. I definitely agree a good tasting peanut butter you can't beat that. 😋
This is a great video. You make a bodybuilder's boring diet interesting which is difficult to say the least. To answer your question, you always need to weigh food raw due to the fact that people all cook meat and veggies at different preferences. For example, a well done steak will weigh less than a rare steak due to water loss but still contain the same amount of calories. Oh, and you were right to measure the pasta dry too. He just eats that much pasta.
If you ever choose to eat sweet potato and chicken again. Put a peanut butter on sweet potato and you’ll be blown away. They all go so good together. Also pasta was all correctly weighted
I'm actually surprised there weren't more veggies, I usually eat a kilo(or more) a day so this might be relatively easy to eat cause it's not that much volume and fiber

Things high in protein and fiber. Brown rice, beans, lentils, green peas, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat wheat Chex, raisin bran and corn. You need fiber and protein combined. I get at least forty grams of protein a day with the food I eat. All are vegan
