I like it. I'm surprised you're not required to use a S.S. wash tank/tub. I was told I'd have to use a S.S. wash tub if I was going to wash greens.

You can certainly use this bubbler with a stainless tank. Commercial kitchens use plastic cutting boards, salad spinners, bowls etc... Stainless is not required, only a surface that can be washed and is food safe.

Has this been tried in larger tanks? Have a 400 gallon stainless dunk. tank id love to have one for.
