If you're talking about the level then yes it's real, you unlock it by completing all of the secrets in the game and then going to the eye that appears next to the Bloodsauce Dungeon level gate

There is RNG in almost every single level, and this the only one where it doesn't even matter what RNG you get (the order of rooms has no effect on the final time)

Did you do some kind of rng manipulation to get needed rooms?
It doesn't matter what order you play the secrets in, and if you do the same inputs you will get the same order of rooms every time

dashing and sliding immediately gets you to mach 3 and what he used was a speed turn, a frame perfect trick where you change the direction of the run
