I drive a BMW M2 and bought a 2010 BMW 5 series for situations like that (although if I could go back in time I would’ve got a more reliable car that is easier to do my own repairs on as the beater).

The two big reasons i don't own a Mopar is because the police harassment and constant threat of theft. My Q60 is super low profile so i have none of those issues. Mopar is the most popular car brand out there, everyone wants one. Be careful everyone.

Although sometimes they will go for it, I helped a Prius owner call the police after they carjacked him and took everything.
