John McCormack sings Tchaikovsky's 'None but the Weary Heart'. 10" HMV 78 rpm Record.

Recorded in 1927.
McCormack actually sings "None but a lonely heart".
I can't find an exact written version of these lyrics.
Perhaps they are McCormack's own?

There's loads of surface noise, which is typical of HMV records from the 1920s and 30s.
Perhaps they weren't so bad when they were new.
