From what I understand, the relationship problems where that may or may not have happened was a really long time ago. Kendrick has been with Whitney since they were in high school. I am 1000% convinced that Kendrick Lamar makes 0 mistakes with his lyrics. There is no word or inflection or spelling that is not done without intention towards the greater picture of his work.
