I spend a lot of time on my phone, but I'm now trying to reduce scrolling and create a to-do list to improve my time management. Taking a digital detox helps clear my mind from cultural comparisons and enhances my focus, allowing me to accomplish more each day.
That’s such a positive step forward! 😊 Creating a to-do list and taking a digital detox are fantastic ways to manage your time better and stay focused. It’s inspiring to see how you’re actively working on improving your habits. Keep it up-you’re doing amazing! 🌟📋✨
I used to get addicted on spening too much time scroll on social media . Consequently, I lost my emotion in other outdoor activities. Now, I have set a schedule for myself in order to limit on phone and try to read books before bed time
Thanks for your trouble. This video was very helpful for me. I have learned new phrases from it. Aside from that, I can now better imagine how to manage my time and stay on track, because time is one of the most important things in life, perhaps the most important. Time flies, and we can never get it back. I try to turn off my mobile internet or WLAN while I’m focused on important tasks, such as reading a book or learning English. This helps me take action and stay focused on my goals to remain motivated. All distractions, especially social media, can steer you away from your goals. You must step out of your comfort zone if you want to broaden your horizons.
You’ve shared such valuable insights-thank you! 😊 Managing time effectively is indeed one of the most important skills, and it’s inspiring to see how dedicated you are to staying focused and motivated. Turning off distractions like mobile internet while working on important tasks is a brilliant strategy. Keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone, and you’ll continue to achieve great things. Your progress is inspiring-well done! 🌟📚✨
When I was started use social media, until last month. Every day and every time I used Facebook, except when I was sleeping. Now I changed all of my habits. I made detox Facebook , that I make disconnected . It may be like 45 days.I replaced good habits every morning I wake up early and I go bed early. It more affects my body, social media was showing of unrealistic. So we should change our habits.
Agreed!. I think I'm addicted, i spend a lot of my time in social media and it's really exhausting, even though I've felt tired I still keep scrolling up, sometimes i feel I can't think about subject in the school or everything around me
Thank you for sharing so honestly. 😊 It’s okay to feel this way-social media can be overwhelming at times. One small step you can take is setting specific times to use social media, like 30 minutes a day, and sticking to it. You could also replace scrolling with a relaxing activity like reading or going for a walk. Little changes can make a big difference. You’ve got this! 🌟📚✨
I’m glad the video helped! 😊 Don’t worry-we all have days like that. The important thing is that you recognized it and are motivated to make a change. Take it one step at a time-you’ve got this! 🌟💪✨
I set up a time limit on my phone, meaning that after 10 p.m most apps become inaccessible. Additionally, I often read a book or listen meditation music before going to bed
I spend a lot of time on my phone. I known that, and I try to reduce my time screen through set alarm or remind myself that "I have more task I have not done, so I have to stop this to complete other more important tasks." But it is only been a while. I still realize that but I don't act.😢 (There was a time when I played on my phone for more than 10 hours a day, I was shocked by that but I couldn't change...).
Thank you for sharing so honestly. 😊 It’s not easy to change habits, but recognizing the problem is already a big first step! 🌟 One thing that might help is setting specific time blocks for using your phone and rewarding yourself when you stick to them. Also, try replacing phone time with a fun activity, like a hobby or a short walk. Change takes time, so don’t be too hard on yourself-take it one step at a time. You can do this! 💪✨
guys, now my left eye is infected with a virus, it has to be bandaged, because the eye is dry so the virus can enter, the eye dry because I play on my cell phone too often. I am very sad because it is difficult to see with one eye :(
I’m so sorry to hear that you’re going through this. 😔 It’s important to rest and take care of your health right now. Try to minimize screen time and follow your doctor’s advice to recover quickly. Remember, this is temporary, and your eye will heal with proper care. Wishing you a speedy recovery-you’re strong, and you’ll get through this! ❤✨
I'm struggling to use my phone in good way, but some content in social media distract my brain until i can't keep focus again at what i wanna do with my phone. Can somebody else tell me a good way to keep focus and be more productive with our device?
It’s great that you’re looking to use your phone in a better way-recognizing the problem is the first step! 😊 Here are a few tips that might help: 1. Set Clear Intentions: Before picking up your phone, decide what you want to accomplish and stick to that task. 2. Use Productivity Apps: Apps like Forest or Focus@Will can help keep you on track by limiting distractions. 3. Organize Your Phone: Keep essential apps on your home screen and move distracting ones to a separate folder. 4. Set Time Limits: Many phones have screen time settings to help you manage app usage. Fortunately, my parent allowed me to expose social media after I graduated from high school. As the result, I’m able to resist the temptation.
