Why I can't focus? Sometimes I can't focus on my tasks because I spend a lot of time on my cell phone, usually because I'm watching videos on Instagram. I feel that I've lost my time with this app and I feel that I procrastinate a lot. And when I feel motivated, I try to do a lot of things like study English and stay focus on my work without having a plan. From now on, I won't use my cell phone for a long time and I'll make a schedule that it will allow me to complete my tasks and goals. Beside i have some useful tips to forcus on better: - Drink enough water - Get enough sleep 7-8 hours a day - Pratice meditation, yoga or sports - Eat more vegetables - Read book instead of using phone - Make a list of thing to do during the day. Sometimes I find it difficult to focus on my tasks. Because I feel like the music on the youtube or maybe check messages from my friend. After a while, I realize I wasted too much time, at the time, I will remove the app from my phone and place the phone so far away my workspace.
Honestly, i have same problem is I cant focus. When i try to do something, it always have something making me unconcentrated. So yesterday, i used a method that i watched in a book, it said that when you had distracted thinkings, you should immediately write it down into a note to do it after finished your work. I tried it. And omg, it was so useful, it helped my mind relax and improved my produtivity. Fortunately, today i watch this video and i realise this method. Yeah it is so helpful, i recommend you using it. Finally, thanks to your podcast, it helps me to learn english, especially my listening skill. Love you, hope you have more useful podcast in the future. When I have to do something important I locked myself in the room and put aside anything that can make me distracted to focus. If there is even single man or noise I am unable to keep working. Shortly, silence is key.
