Why are the straps so thick? could you make the straps a bit more refined, just a suggestion. I bought the Waldhoff Ultramatic tourbillon which has the blue strap which feels too thick, but the buckle is nice though. just some thoughts i wanted to share.
Hello Sir, thanks for your feedback regarding the straps. The recently introduced straps are more durable and more resistant to damage than the previous straps, and they are made of Italian leather. Regarding the thickness, you made a fair point and I will discuss this internally. Thank you.
Hello Coleman, we are always looking at making dials more unique, primarily by using special materials such as pearl or semi precious stones. At this time we did not go for hand carved as the prices for it are astronomical, we wish to keep the products relatively affordable.

The emerald one has got to be one of the better looking ones, have you guys looked into having the dial faces hand carved or hand painted?
