Diaochan isn't good for solo rank climbing due to the fact she needs support, a tank needs to dive in first for her to shine first if she dives and gets cc she is dead, if early she gets ganged in mid she will fall behind.
She is strong no doubt in one on one situation, but that rarely happens in a 5v5 game.

Sure bro in the home screen on the right you will have the friends list if swipe it right. But don't do it below that bar there will be another small round and plus just click it on that you will have the bonds list and options to create bonds.
