    Wow, thank you for the video. I have similar issue on my BMW Z4 that I would never guess was related to the headlights.

    That little clip is such a pain to put back on! I had to try 6 different tools including a C-Clamp, alligator clips, regular pliers, even an oil filter locking clamp! Until a crescent wrench held backwards finally did the trick and the clip gave this nice, satisfying click and reattached! Done while replacing my lower control arms this weekend. crazy!

      Hi, I'm having trouble disconnecting the plug from the rear leveling sensor on my 9-5, my lights are pointed straight down making the car unsafe to drive at night, so I want to try cleaning the connections to see if it fixes my problem, however the plug is really stuck on and won't move, do you know how to remove it without breaking the plastic? Any help is really appreciated.

    Make sure next time to orient the linkage between the two raised areas not next to them.

      It's not OCD, because it won't work as designed when installed incorrectly. In addition, if the suspension gets fully extended, it will probably break the link arm, or the sensor, because of over extension.

      @@patrikfloding7985 yes he installed it incorrectly in the video, i did the same and now it broke the plastic link arm. Good advice!

    Thanks allot bro, I have a Honda Fit with that sensor and didn't know what it was for. It was broken so now I know why my light always seems not to go too far ahead.🤔

    What about on a E93? My lights point too low even after adjusting the screw. I purchased the replacement stabilizer bars but cannot find them on the car...lol. Where are they?

    How do you repair the plug wires at the module if they break. My wires at the plug from the harness have a broken green stripe wire right at the housing that needs to be repaired.
    Thanks!

    Bro, Mine is broken in the rear. Is it the same part front and rear? Can't find If there is a difference and when I Google it the part that shows up does not look like mine?

    • @BIMMERZEITT
      @BIMMERZEITT  7 років тому +1

      Try going to realoem.com and look through the parts diagrams to find the exact number you need

      The thing is I could swear It looked like the one in the front. But realoem shows another one. Wonder if previous owner switched them up or something..

      If you have a sport suspension( ie 330 sport) the front sensor is different than the rear sensor.

    • @vaughnarnold
      @vaughnarnold 6 років тому

      that was supposed to be 530 sport.

    Does anyone know how to get a stuck plug off the rear sensor, on my 9-5 it's stuck on really tight and it won't move? I'm afraid I'll break the plastic.

      Remove the sensor and then try to remove the connector with extra pressure using a screwdriver or something, I just removed mine 10mins ago
