yeah man, love the song but tune that thing...
It's in tune... That's just what happens when you drop the tuning as low as DH does. When I played guitar many years ago I remembered trying to play in their tuning and my guitar couldn't handle it. The strings are super loose to create the low sound they have.

The song is just written in a weird tuning, guys. You can't blame the guitar for sounding funny. It's tuned B F# B E G# C#. That's how it's tuned in the normal version too. You're just used to hearing electric guitars tuned like that.
