I breakdown 3 lessons learned from the best fights this past year:
0:00 Intro
0:45 Lesson 1: “All good striking starts in the _____.”
3:15 Lesson 2: Control the range, control the fight
4:46 Lesson 3: It ain’t over ‘til it’s over

Gotta say.... the Harrison v Muangthai fight was probably the highlight of 2022. I don't think I drew a breath after the first knockdown until the end of the fight. Which... to be fair, was not long. Stay safe, have a great christmas and New Year, and we look forward to more great content up real soon.
Fight Tips and One FC, an awesome collab. Can't wait for Superbon's next fight.
Bruh i love your fight tips, been watching since i was 14 (22 now). Thank you for all you in depth knowledge, you allowed me to be able to train differently and learn at a higher level than I originally thought fighting was all about. Thank you so much for everything through out these years man!!
Spot on with your tips sir. Watch your opponents, controlling distance, and having that warrior spirit to never give up. These are the things that are important to not just the ring but also the street. Especially the awareness piece, sometimes that person may be armed or have buddies, those are situations where you need to weigh your options and make critical choices.
Always a great pleasure watching and learning from your videos
These are great lessons thank you Shane and the fighters of ONE
Stamp! Amazing. Thanks great video.
Great video! Enjoy your holidays!
Beautiful. Thanks.
One is the best fight organisation in the world imo. Better than UFC.
in mma ufc is much better. the thing is that one has the best striking fights in kick and muay thai
@@tiagomartins6674 ufc has fake decisions
Mighty Mouse was a ufc champ and destroyed the muay thai champ 😂
Eh your guys aren't as good but the organization has class
Tbh I do like the product a lot because of the muay thai and kickboxing, but it’s not as big nor does it have the overall depth of talent that the UFC has
Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you too, Shane! Looking forward to more good stuff in 2023!
ONE is putting on some great shows. Very entertaining
Stamp almost looked like she was reloading her arm before throwing that elbow. Got some mission impossible vibes, something Radzuan probably agrees with :D
Merry Christmas FightTips 💪🏻👍🏻
Awesome video Shane! Those fighters just be "bilt different"! LOL Happy Holidays!
Happy holidays my friend!
Those mid-fight comebacks are my favorite thing in the world. So inspiring!
I'm not a big muay thai guy, I occasionally watch stuff but I'm not INTO it like some people.
But that Liam Harrison fight is moving. I can't believe everything that must have went into just recovering let alone returning the favor.
I'll have to go and watch that fight now and I'm glad I watched this video because it definitely is inspiring!
great content
Can you break down Alex Pereira's defense? How can he have such an open defense and rarely get hit? And what are the benefits of that defense?
Merry Christmas and a very happy new year coach!
God Bless You Brother! Great Video! 🙏✝️👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I’m hoping there is a second video similar to this coming about 2023s year once this year is over
7:36 Harrison took that personally 🤣🤣
I don’t know how you get kicked in the head four times and then just slap a man down like that lol
That’s why I take so many hits I’ve got dodgy eyes 😂🤪
Herb" if he dies,he dies" dean
7:57 reminds me of Hermit vs Berserk from Kenichi
Can u do video about moving and punching at same time?
Love your content! Keep it up my brother
Love how you think
Shane please upload a video about holding the head for a head roundhouse 1:40 WHAT A THING OF BEAUTY! Superbon does it too.
You said it!! Have you seen my video breaking down Superbon's kick and head grab? ua-cam.com/video/NcxL5KYZ8f4/v-deo.html
@@fighttips Will do coach. What a disturbing technique ... "Hold on let me hold your head so I can roundhouse it" FUCK!

Those comeback edits plus the song gave me chills, music name if anyone got it please
Good thing of One to sponsor Shane.
To a very high degree, this ruleset emphasizes those old rules of combat, that vision, precision, and quick decision, rule over fear, battlements, and hesitation. Make moves y'all. Quickly.
I really have always dug Might Mouse. We have similar styles in the regard of, "No matter what you do to me, I am GOING TO Power through, to Fly! L'Chayim! Love, Peace, & Elbow Grease!
Just a BTW, at 2:30 he does not quite throw an "up elbow", it is more of a stright forward directed, "Spinning ForeArm Snap", it's a thing, more usually than not.
Broader contact surface, harder to get away from, is a moving block and parry to set up other shots if not well distanced or timed, and sends out zzz's as good.
Shoulder Strike KOs are a thing too.
Watch out! Muay Thai is dangerous!
At 4:44 his shoulder will never be the same again. See, that's what happens when you flinch. Throw that left hand, and the leg goes behind as you punch face. No hesitation against teepers!
Even if you miss, at least it minimizes it some. But, dang! He just stood there a full clenched up going "this is about to suck!" And it did. Shoulda jabbed.
The absolutely ONLY things ONE isn't better than UFC is the MMA fighters
The cage design, gloves design, fighters entrance, judging/scoring system, rules, everything is better at ONE
🙏💙
For the last point, I disagree with both Lees winning with heart. Frankly One FC favours the Lees. With Stamp, the fight should have been called earlier. Similar with Christian Lee; however in other fights at Atomweight I would agree Angela has dominated.
The organization has called fights for much less and Lees seem to have Chatri in their pocket. I'm not saying they don't have skills etc; however, there is a bias to promote the Lee family from a marketing perspective in Asia.
Hope you fought there shane in one championship
Why didn’t Abbasov sweep his opponent and take the fight to ground?
Are you affiliated with one
Regarding the first lesson, you are absolutely correct... I usually laugh at people that says that you have to completely cover your face like most boxers, kickboxers, etc usually do...but that is a big mistake...fighters need to cover the face area, but not completely to the point that they can't see the opponent in front of them. I usually stand with my front arm half stretched forward /half folded, and my rear arm stays backwards with my hand protecting my neck and chin area. Regarding the second lesson, you are absolutely right, distance control is one of the most important things in Combat...and most fighters don't care about that. That's why I consider most fighters bad fighters.
Did you manage to steal any ideas from Barry Robinson for this one?
Some people really are warriors, and some are just meat heads. PERIOD
i care more about ONE than the ufc...it sucks that they usually stram for asian audience hours since i live in south américa
No clips of paddy? He is the best though.
First, pin meh😩😩👨🍳
Apologize to Barry Robinson yet?
Seriously these "Lee Family" have second gear hahaha.
ty daddy
Damn this video should hit 1million view.
