Never going to happen that Patrick will talk about it before anything is official as he works for TJV. And in my opinion it wouldn't help to talk about it. Everything being said is just blatant speculation or opinions which you could talk about every day of the year.
Why would it be dubious? Fran was 2nd placed in U23 time trial last year, and one multiple races already. He didn't get into this team as a "son of a director", he got in the team because he is talented

Like Bahrain are closer to the race director than any other team. That seems kinda unfair. Hayter always seems to be riding at the back unless and until he is contesting the stage. I'd hate to be the guy's teammate, that type of behavior would give me an attitude.
Seriously, I would never have watched a highlight from a sprint stage of a third tier stage race if it was not for LR :D
