I also posted on Instagram that Candy apple cauldron smells similar to the OG Heirloom Apple! OMG LOVE THAT ONE! I also absolutely LOVED Caramel Woods in that collection! And Autumn Sky and Chestnut & clove!!! ❤❤❤ That would be an awesome collection for Bath &Body Works to re-release! During that year, I had the opportunity to buy as many as I wanted ,, white barn was stocked during SAS and I regret not getting them!!😢

I only got the wicked vanilla woods in single wick and love it even though doesn’t throw very far. I’m not liking what I believe is the vanilla they’ve been using in the single wick “vanilla“candle and the gel soap. It pops up in scoops ahoy and now in vanilla romance. It’s just odd smelling.👀
Cherry Almond Shortbread could have been great, but I agree with you it does smell inedible and artificial and the shortbread accord doesn't come through strongly enough to stand up against that weird cherry. The throw isn't impressive either. I bought two and will be returning the unburned one. I didn't even bother lighting Spooky Moontini as it was just a berry citrus, reminiscent of Firecracker Pop which I dislike. It will also be going back. :( Thank you for sharing your thoughts on these candles. Curious to see how Wicked Vanilla Woods performs for you!
I love Jergens cherry almond lotion so I bought the BBW cherry almond shortbread candle, hand soap, & wallflower. I don’t like the pistachio vanilla candle at all but I enjoyed the cherry almond candle. That being said, I don’t feel a strong desire to buy another.
It's kinda funny, just before coming on and seeing your video I lit up Goose Creek Marshmallows. I just recently ordered from Goose Creek for the first time when I got bored with BBW and Goose Creek had a good sale. I like Goose Creek, just think their candles could be a little stronger.
Hey there!!! I love Goose Creek candles!!! I will say there are some powerhouses with that brand but like most brands there are ones that don’t have strong throws too. I hope you have better luck than I did with GC Marshmallows. Mine was barely scented at all with basically no throw. But I got Marshmallow Sugar and that was so much better.

I'm hit or miss with vanilla, it can't be too sweet or weird smelling. It's so hard to blind buy, I have to do it with BBW also, there isn't a store nearby.

I would say Book Loft is a more "pretty" fine fragrance interpretation of that book feel (aka a bit more floral), where as the GC one is more a literal interpretation of the dustiness and leather binding.
I was formerly an ambassador and have received candles previously and I didn't find the throw to be all that spectacular, especially for the price point. The gory Halloween aesthetic is really not my thing, so I don't see myself spending $30+ on blind purchases to get them. But I understand there's a market for it out there!

Hey Kent so I am super frustrated with my store...I have only returned twice this summer once was a 100.00 SAS candle order that I ended up exchanging and then today I exchanged a $90.00 candle order last time I let it slide when they did not want to use my email receipt but today they told me they could not exchange my items with the receipt and that if I use my receipt they can only refund the money not do an exchange is that true?! I got a warning that I am close to my limit and I am frustrated by it I use to use my online receipts all the time for exchanges and it never affected me shopping online is much more convenient for me and I rely on exchanging if I do not like something (or honestly to lock in a price) but I do not abuse it by constantly returning used stuff or anything like that. I'm upset that I am close to my limit because I have about 8 more candles to exchange that I just don't like. Idk what to do about it.

It sounds like the store is maybe ringing your exchange as “no receipt” returns/exchanges because it’s not an in-store receipt and rather an online receipt. And maybe that’s what’s causing you to hit the limit. I would call the BBW customer service phone number to see what they can do about it and see what the official policy is. Sometimes they can set the store straight if they’re doing something wrong.
