Very very insightful podcast! I could notice Ranveer's statement towards the end, which left kinda incomplete, but which said: What Mr. Deepak Jain is the Capt. Raghu Raman, so is Capt. Raghu Raman to Ranveer Allahabadia! Well, another addition to that line of thought, so is Capt. Raghu Raman & Ranveer are to Sarthak! :-) An interesting takeaway for me from the podcast: * Leaders qualities: Firstly, intent of welfare of the people at core. 2ndly, a constant learning attitude, eager to learn different fields, and get more and more skills and knowledge. 3rdly, a teacher! (Infact here, not just a good communicator, but a teacher!) * Different struggles of corporate people, activist people, and bureaucrats. * Internal Scorecard, vs. External scorecard.
