Thank you so much for these videos! I have been restoring an S1 2+2 1967 since I was 15... which is 12 years ago now! I'm now at the stage where I need these specific details that you are showing in your videos and it is inspiring to watch your work!
Can't wait to see the progress on this car and keep up the good work!
I have bought some parts from you before and always thought the quality is very, very good!
    Cheers, from Norway :)

Thanks very much, it’s really good to hear that this is helpful to you. Keep going with the restoration, you’ll get there! Just for clarification, I’m not linked to Fosseway Performance who produce some excellent Jaguar upgrade parts. My workshop is near the Fosseway (an old Roman road a few hundred miles long) so it seemed like a good name.
      Thanks for watching! 😀

I found the best tool to use for removing the radious arm to body mounting on my XJS was to use a rolling wedge up the middle of the bolt hole, once you have that out of course. You would also find it a lot easier to remove nuts and bolts by using a an impact gun and a ring spanner.

is that left handed threads on the knock-off hubs Drivers side?

Yes the thread direction is different on each side so the spinners in effect tighten as you drive the car forwards down the road.
