And, yes, we need to open our churches. If fast food can be open, churches can.

@@onerider808 True but there are some priests upset and say they should have never closed the churches. More people died of the flu last year than covid.

Thank you! Calm debate is lacking in this particular subject. I believe that the culture has been brainwashed into moral judgment based entirely on emotion instead of rational thought. The problem is that when you have a person who is saturated with emotion, completely rejecting sound reason, you get nowhere. These people come in mobs, as we saw with Fr.Metrejeans post. A petition was started demanding that the Bishop remove Fr.Metrejean. ALL BASED ENTIRELY ON RAW EMOTION INSTEAD OF SOUND LOGIC.
Actually, there are two petitions afloat to have him removed. One from Change -dot-org and one from faithfulamericans (what a misleading name!) --- and you are absolutely correct: we can't reason with someone determined to scream us into silence.
And rational common sense and reason.
The Holy Catholic Church, in particular the hierarchy and ordained, need to lead the world to Christ NOT walk hand-in-hand with the world in sin.
I feel as though the ordained, in general, are trying to placate society and mostly are playing "catch up" by having to "play nice" with societal tolerances and speaking up only AFTER people in the society say something remotely "compassionate" about any topic.
This priest is old school Catholic. He's challenging society and the "norms" just as Christ did. He will carry his cross with Christ!
How many ordained Catholics can do the same?

I suggest we should be attending Mass...in full numbers. When Our fear of going against “the law” exceeds our fear of not celebrating Mass, we might as well be Protestants or Buddhists.
Can I ask you something about that. I have co workers who are Protestants and atheist. I know for sure that most of them won’t listen to anything I say about God. Should I still try to evangelize them or let them be. Right now I think that I’m wasting breath if I try. But I think some have an open heart and I’m willing to tell them about the church. I tried once and was laughed at but who cares. Please respond.
@@donjon2023 I'd say not appropriate at work. No politics or religion there :) If it comes up in a conversation then I'd say its fine for you to participate and be bold, but not by bringing it up on your own. Also IMO a great tool of conversion is by being your best Catholic self. People notice. They get curious. It's like the idea of 'leading by example'.
@@onerider808 Well, it's not very Catholic to disobey our bishops, though. Although it's hard to believe our bishop is still catholic when he denied us mass attendance throughout the entire Easter season here due to covid. I mean, it's not leprosy. It's not lions and crucifixions.

Thank you for making this video available to call people to the truth about love. Let's think that all men will get married with men and all women will get married with women during this generation, how is this going to benefit humanity? So for humanity to survive, how people is going to have children? Rejecting God's wisdom bring Humanity only pain, suffering to get nothing in exchange.
God's plan, as you said, for procreation, can only come about from "man and woman".
I agree,but I also think that separation of church and state is important.
That's the problem- "the seperation of chuch and state". The Church needs to know what any new state laws are, and people's attitudes to them-moral or immoral-and the state needs guidance from the Catholic Church
I know my comment has nothing to do with the topic ( I agree with content .), but I just wanted to vent. The sad thing about RCC beliefs is that they think justification is never assured. And one of the main reasons I left the RCC is their practice of worshipping, honoring, venerating and bowing down to other things and persons besides God.
Mary is practically deified. I refuse to venerate any creation (Rom 1:25) or believe a dead human being or a “priest” other than Christ of the Melchizedek priesthood can take on the role of Christ our ONLY mediator (1Tim 2:5). Thank you for permitting me to share.

The devil wants society to see his works, being put down, as "hatred".....when he is the king of hatred. Have we lost our internal compass of what is good and what is bad. We are riding in a sinking ship where the secular world is poking holes in the ship on a stormy sea. Sleeping our way to disaster when right is "hatred" and wrong is "good." Wake up people......stop kidding yourselves people that God is okay with "if it feels good do it." If you think He's okay with sinful behavior, you don't know God.
