Hi Sir, camella din developer ng bahay namin, suggest to check po yung drainage for both CR's (taas at baba) kung properly connected, next is to check niyo po kung naka tap yung overflow outlet pipe ng septic tank sa drainage ng subdivision to avoid back flow in the future, then dapat hiwalay din po dapat ang sanitary drainage at ang regular drainage (kasi kapag camella pinag-iisa lang po nila yung dalawang drainages, then check kung may alambre yung abang na outlet ng aircons sa mga rooms sa 2nd floor going to the main breakers, and yung mga bukilya ng mga ilaw at switches kung maayos at kompleto ang mga screws at hindi loose ang pagka-kabit. I also know someone who bought Bella in Dumaguete and encountered so many changes (like lot size etc) in their documents and errors in their records. They promised her that when it's paid , it will be build in 6 months so she paid spot cash (in 2017) but the build just finished this March in 2022. They did not even asked her for her availability for the turn-over, they just scheduled it at a fixed date in March as if she's local residence (she lives in the USA). Then in their turn-over document, they put the wrong house lot number. They were contacted but they don't respond. Their employees doesn't seem to know how to handle real estate business. She was excited in anticipation before but now she believes that corruption is involved where someone in Camella purposely had given her lot to someone they knew.

Hi sir, full payment na kami sa nakuha namin na unit kay Camella last November pa, the problem is, Hindi namin tinanggap ang unit last December dahil Nakita namin na halos half ng bubong ay tumatagas at nababakbak na ang mga pinta sa pader, everyitme na mag follow up kami sa office branch nila, puro Lang sila promise ang reason nila ay waiting pa daw for budget approval sa head office para sa repair. The problem is 4months na kami nagbabayad ng monthly amortization sa BAnk for our loan. Diba dapat si engineer at mga staff nya ang mag repair bakit kailangan pa ng budget approval for repair. Any idea Sir kung saan pwede mag complaint regarding this matter. Thank you.
