Полетела я отдыхать в Лас Вегас и случайно вляпалась в Тimeshare. A далее события разворачивались как в плохом блокбастере. Spam in Las Vegas. Далее расшифровка, что такое "раздел времени":
A TIMESHARE is a vacation property with a shared ownership model, where multiple buyers own or lease allotments of usage for the same property. In return, the buyer receives a guaranteed certain amount of time at the property each year, typically in one-week increments. Timeshares are often smaller units within a larger resort property, such as a condominium unit within a resort area.
