there should be ginger in it..it would be best if u saute garlic, onion, ginger and red bell pepper then once it boils or until veggies are cooked add a little water dissolve with a little of cornstach so that its sauce is good to see

1. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan then fry both sides of the fish until a bit crispy. Set aside. 2. Heat a clean pan and pour-in the vinegar. Let boil. 3. Add sugar, whole peppercorn, and galic. Cook for 1 minute. 4. Put-in the onion and red bell pepper. Stir and cook until the vegetables are tender. 5. Sprinkle salt and then stir. 7. Put-in the fried fish. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. 8. Turn-off heat and transfer to a serving plate. 9. Serve. Share and enjoy!
bakit walang luya at leeks...masarap sana kung giniginisa ang onoin at garlic...pati ang luya at leeks....masarap ang medyo may lapot...maganda kung saucy red ang escabeche...

Escabeche! We make this here in Puerto Rico. Theres too much cooking terms you use similar of us, like adobo too

Sayang walang luya at cornstarch, then carrots and catsup ok na sana.

yum yum yummy! just one advice, to eat this dish, sweet potattos and corn (the whole thinh boiuled) will taste grate!

tama, meron dapat laya(ginger),cornstarch,then yung gamit nila sa isla res. ay yung ketchup ng pinoy...then cod fillet yung gamit nila sa isda....

my version of scabeche has ginger & cornstarch, no black pepper....
kulang po ng luya... saka mas maganda kong may kunting cornstarch para medyo lumapot ng kunti .. saka kunting naring silver swan soy sauce ^_^
