Ingredients:
Set A:
½ kg galunggong
Salt
Oil, for frying
Set B:
1 piece medium red onion
1 thumb size sliced ginger
½ red bell pepper
Set C:
½ cup water
½ cup Datu Puti Sukang Sinamak
2 tablespoon cup sugar
1 tablespoon Datu Puti Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon whole pepper
Salt, to taste

Ginigisa yan originally (lahat naman ng Filipino dish nagsisimula sa gisa), pero kung 1 pan lang ang gagamitin mo tulad ng sa video kasi nga “simpol version” no need na pero kung tatanggalin mo yung isda after prito, igisa mo muna tas yung sauce then ilagay ang isda.
