I only discovered Within Temptation two years ago, when they instantly became my favourite band of all time. That remains true today. I love the music, the instrumentation, the backing vocals, the whole band, and, of course the beautiful, heavenly vocals of Sharon. Each time I hear her voice, I feel blessed by angels. So much wonderful music that lifts me from the malaise and despair of loneliness and aging, while reinforcing my sincere love of great music. Thank you. ❤❤❤❤❤

Came to say the same thing! Besides the goosebumpy thing, it's worth to mention that that part in itself is an incredible musical accomplishment by Sharon only a few people are capable of. Her singing is perfect!

One of the very best metalsongs ever created during history in our book. For all of us in our wide group of friends here in Norway. Brilliant in every way. Melodic symphonic metal meets melodic death metal. Excellent lyrics and theme. Two of the best singers singing together. Those drums. Choir. Those guitars and keyboard. That fantastic sound of this extraordinary song.

Within Temptation; My band and I love your music. Sharon, you are one of my favorite singers, and I am so glad you have a new album and videos out. I think as a rock singer, you are the one that inspires me most with your beautiful voice and incredible fashion sense. Please come to America so we can hear you! I love your new sound; very raw and dark and futuristic. I think it's perfect for the time we live in as machines become increasingly powerful and AI and computers continue to take over human jobs. I feel you've only gotten better as a singer. I also am of Dutch heritage and my guitarist is of Norwegian; we do classical/rock fusion but are planning to write a symphonic metal piece and perform it once we've gotten our line-up down. You give me hope to continue writing my music and crossing my fingers that eventually soon, I'll be able to stop working crazy hours at non-music jobs and have time to compose and perform. I know right, the first time I saw it on my phone I didn't think he was even there, so I was like "oh, okay then, maybe he just couldn't come". But then I watched it better after discovering he was indeed there, and yeah, not even a little shot of him while screaming. He was basically one of the "others", undistinguishable

This song makes me think of The Hunger Games (the first one) and I'm writing these words with a rubber "Hunger Games" bracelet on my right arm, a mockingjay necklace I got (for free) on the first night of the Mockingjay pt.2 screening I went to, and the cardboard holder for rubber bracelet with the mockingjay logo on it, on my desk.
