    simply excellent. you are right every thing cant be covered in a one hour revision. still. what i felt lacking is . pics there should be more pics and table /protocol. still 99 percent satisfied. much much helpful . i will listen it three four times before my exam that is after four days. and i guess things will go in a better direction.

    Errata: The headings at 6:39 should be switched.

    subluxation of the radial head is treated with hyperpronation OR supination-flexion, I believe. BTW..I'm a fan. Thanks for all your videos ❤

    Not errata technically but developmental dysplasia of the hip is diagnosed with ultrasound up to 6 months, then it's x-ray.

    Updated treatment for gonococcal conjunctivitis is IV or IM third-generation cephalosporin. Ointment erythromycin is for prevention and oral erythromycin is used to treat chlamydia.

    Would you happen to have a useful resource for ID and which antibiotics are appropriate?

      No problem! Antibiotic choices can be tricky. I used a combination of sources, mostly the BRS pediatrics book with UWorld. If they had different antibiotics, then I would remember both. Because it is unlikely that the multiple choice Q's will have both of the antibiotics to choose from. I would also have a general idea of what antibiotics cover what bugs from like First Aid for Step 1 for back up. Hope that helps!

    @32:52 you say that Caput is "*Bleeding* within the scalp". If I am not mistaken it is Edema within the scalp

    According to UWorld, the benefits of using doxy for Lyme disease in children outweighs the risks. I got a question wrong because I put amoxicillin for a 6-year-old with Lyme.

      yeah guideline changed - as long as they are not on doxy (i think its more than 2-3 weeks) for long time, you can prescribe it

    Can you say why the stepping on a nail is caused by pseudomonas? I thought it should be c tetani

      The bacteria from the shoe goes through to the skin and is pseudomonas

      @@Peaceistheanswr from what I recall it can be found in the rubber of shoes since you walk on water etc and lots of bacteria can get on your shoes

    What is the treatment given for gonorrhoea conjunctivitis ceftriazone or topical erythromycin? I have seen in nbme it’s ceftriazone. So pls clear

      @@DoctorHighYieldMD it’s 100% a Canadian thing. Most Canadians have a cadence to their voice that picks up at the end of sentences. In america our voices pick up at the end of questions. That’s all I think it is. Great videos!
