    Why is there hepatomegaly in cold AIHA but splenomegaly in warm AIHA (extravascular hemolysis so i guess this makes sense at least)

    Wish there was a mention of important cell markers, but I guess I'll have to look that up on my own. A good overview of topics, though, especially the anemias!
