    You two are the cutest!
What you said about singleness and dating was so encouraging to me. I’m a 28yo single foster mom who just bought my first home. I tend to feel like I’ll never find the man for me because he won’t want kids or someone who is so independent etc, but that’s a lie. Thanks for your encouragement to keep pursuing the work is has placed before me and the one the Lord has for me will come along. ❤️❤️❤️

I love you guys. My husband and I were married for 28 years before The Lord took him home. Things weren't always the best, and that's not surprising. Nothing is ever perfect. It is such a blessing, for me, to see how you both put The Lord first and love each other and your children so passionately. I hope I have that again but if I don't, I'll trust that He knows what's best. Thank you so much for bringing us into your life. God bless you! 🙏❤️

Good morning Solo & Sarah, I thoroughly enjoyed this video this morning. Hopefully many young couples will see this and learn. So many times people get into relationships and don't have a clue how t be in a relationship. In my job, I have to talk quite a bit, but then on the other hand I have to really listen to what someone is trying to say. Things can get muddled up when we feel we are not being listened too. Congrats on your 18th year of marriage. What a blessing. My sister and her husband have been married 55 years and the one thing I and everyone around them notices is that they have such a great friendship. I was only married for 10 years, but out of that 10 years I got the best 4 blessings, my children. I have encouraged them to seek God in all their relationship goals. Thank you for this. God bless

I love the part about 'Guard Your Heart" - I've been using that with my 16 year old daughter for a few years as she navigates relationships. I honestly think that is one of the key factors missing from our sex ed teachings/health classes - whether in schools, homes, etc.. my reference is mostly schools - that they teach all the physical aspects of sex/relationships, but not the emotional aspects of it. With my daughter, our conversations have all been that above all, in all her choices she needs to guard her heart - that who ever she chooses to date, hold hands with kiss, etc will be a part of her heart forever - and are they worth it? Are they worth letting in and holding space in her heart? (Of course as a parent you want them to wait to date forever...until they are 30, right? but that isn't reasonable! But being flexible, giving guidance and offering love and support is the best we can do...)

Loved todays vlog, as usual. My husband & I celebrated 50 years of marriage on 6/6/2020. We were both 18 when we married. God has been faithful to see us through some pretty rough times, but has blessed us in a tremendous way. We have 3 children and 10 grandchildren! We love spending time together and with our family. ❤✝️

I went from one broken relationship to the next, I had very low self esteem after childhood abuse. Now after two terrible marriages I have finally been alone for 3 years at age 40 for the first time in my life. I am waiting on the Lord, if I get married or not I'm ok! Its crazy cause both of my marriages the husband would talk about the Bible and I thought, this is the one... Its a big difference from talking about God and living for God. I learned that the hard way because I was hard headed. It really is values and principles and walking it out with God, thank you so much for the video. Happy 18th Anniversary!

I had to leave a relationship a few months ago, and it was a long term relationship where I didn't go to the Lord about it first. I admit I did it the wrong way, but I'm doing it God's way now and letting him choose because I obviously don't know what I'm doing lol.

I prayed for the right man and 24 years ago I found him online in the old fashion chat room. He is a Cuban from Miami fl and I lived in the ozarks in Missouri. We have had hard times but learned how to build a marriage. The first advise I give others is don’t quit! Talk talk and sometimes scream. Make dates! Even if it is only a hour a week to spend together.

My husband and I will celebrate our 51st anniversary on October 11, 2020. We were very young when we got married. I was 18, he was 22. We grew up together. Always had a good marriage. Now my husband has pancreatic cancer. It's been very hard this past year. We love each other so much. It's hard to think about the future. But we know that the Lord always takes care of us no matter what the outcome. We have 2 awesome daughters and 5 wonderful grandchildren. I wouldn't trade my life for anything.

Just a note for y’all. I have pursued what God had for me fulling expecting to get married because I’d heard from many Christian counselors/pastors that God would give you the desire of your heart. I’m now 64 years old unmarried woman and I had to continue with what Paul says in I Corinthians that it’s better to be single and be single minded for Christ, and that it’s better to marry than to burn (in sexual desire ). I am still single and still open if God wants me to marry, that He has a widower for me somewhere, but I’m still serving.

I love Solo ‘s point to “ guard your heart in ALL things because out of it we run all the issues of life.” I have heard it many times in my life; however, hearing it this morning it was a revelation. FrankysMa, I feel it almost jumped out at me. At our advanced years of being married it won’t probably make a huge difference in our relationships in the future. However, I do feel that us oldsters need to draw attention to it for the younger people who also watch Our Tribe of Many. It would have been wonderful to hear these Words when I was younger. I only hope these Wwords with Solo’s delivery strikes the same chord with younger people for whom it may make a difference.

I wish someone would of told teenage me to guard her heart and wait for the one, and it's something that I've encouraged to both of my children! My husband and I will be married 2 years on the 13th, but we've been together for almost 9. It's encouraging to see that a couple I look up to has been honest and open with the fact that they've themselves had seasons or times in their relationship where it was hard and they had to reevaluate and come together to get through it! We only knew each other 9 months before we married. We are Catholic and married in the church. I agree that the most important thing in a marriage is sharing the same values, principles and communication is key. Date night is so essential and we still have date night after all these years. My husband and I have been married 43 years! I remember when our girls were small, we would take them to a state park and play, hike and fish. We didn’t have much money so that was a way that we could spend good family time together. The park was just a few miles from our home so it was an easy “trip”. You and Solo have such good advice and I truly love your family! God bless y’all!

Love watching you guys talk! My husband and I have been together 13 years and our proposal wasn’t fancy at all! We both knew we wanted to be married and so when we started dating that was our purpose. I had been in other relationships before and when you meet the right person you really do “just know” 🤷‍♀️
I wish I could tell my younger self that the others didn’t matter. You know teenagers/young adults don’t listen though 🤣

Hey Sarah n Solo, A bit of trivia for you or old wives tale - the man's head of hair or lack of is determined by what his mothers father's head of hair or lack of was like !! So whatever head of hair your grandfather on your mum's side had determines what your's will be like, comes from your mum's side of the family. Has been a true indicator in my family, Cheers Claudia from Esperance Western Australia

Thank you for sharing your dating story. My husband and I each dated others before meeting each other, and it does bring some "baggage" with you. We are teaching our children to wait until they are mature enough to be able to handle the ups and downs of a relationship. Casual dating is so popular, but in the end, someone gets hurt, and that hurt usually is carried into the next relationship, and so on.

I could never put in to words how I am lifted up after watching your videos and I just can't stress enough how beautiful it is for me to see. Thank you a million times over. Having God as first in your individual lives and as a couple and family has served you well. Sarah, Girl, how do you have so many babies and keep your figure? I had one child who has long grown up and I am still blaming the loss of my figure on the oregnancy!! Seriously, it is a pleasure to watch your ease and respect in your videos. Thank God for being a good example to the world. Yes, I know nobody is perfect. Peace & Blessings

It's always fun to hear the two of you speak about your lives. Yes, marriage can be work. Not that hard if you made some initial agreements. In our home I was an at home Mom until my kids went off to college. I had several part time jobs until my husband retired in 2014. Whoa, that's when a new challenge began. We needed to try to plan our lives differently. I was ready to travel more, see our family and friends more and share more time together. We do take care of our property, inside and out. But my husband is always looking for more projects.

Hehehe, ya'll are so sweet. Goodness gracious, what a lot ya'll took on. And how blessed ya'll are. Hubby and I are proud parents to two grown sons. Married 40 years. Wish we had 12 like ya'll did. That's what life is, isn't it? Family, children, chaos in the home, love in the home. So blessed to have found your channel.

My husband and I celebrated our 23rd anniversary on August 8th. I was 18 and he was 20, we were so young but determined to make it work. And there was some trial and error over the years but honest communication is everything, our relationship is better than ever.

Wow... at first I wasn’t very interested in this video (to be honest, the title threw me off) but I needed this more than you know.. I’ve been married for 14 years.. just had our 5th baby and our marriage has never been this strained... My husband and I have always had great communication until this past year... it’s definitely a problem that we need to fix!! Thanks for the honesty guys!!!

This video is so encouraging! Thank you for being open on how marriages can have "rough seasons", and the wisdom on how to stay connected. 💗
I'd just like to know who the friend couple is that says they never argue...they must have a different definition. Maybe they have "discussions"?? 🤣😉😜

I had prayed for 13 yrs for who God had for me and my (now) husband had prayed for 20 yrs for his spouse. The wait was AGONIZING, but my husband is the perfect man for me. We have been married for almost 3 years now and met on a dating site. It was a long distance relationship, but God made it work. Only dated for 7 months before marrying. We were ready!!

We have just one beautiful 17yr old daughter. We did it backwards 😬 we had a baby first then married. I love hearing your stories. I started watching your channel, right after my dad passing that’s two years ago. Some how while I was mourning Sara and Solo voice was so soothing in my hardest moments. Hope one day you guys get to visit Los Angeles, CA

Loved the video! Your anniversary is my birthday. 😄 I wish I would have had the foresight at your age to wait for my husband. I hope our marriage is as blessed as yours! We have 5 kiddos that we are raising up in a blended family both spiritually, racially, and biologically. We are trying to instill in them good values and a love of the Lord. Thank you all once again for sharing your wisdom, insight and parenting advice!
