Thank you for not zeroing on things too much. I have been trying to get an overall view of dorms and everyone keeps going into detail of their stuff. -.- The videos have been making me motion sick when they do this. I like that the video you made was short and sweet!
Ah north campus... so many memories. I used to live in Haggett and it was a struggle but so much fun at the same time haha. This video gave me so much nostalgia.
jhoseoki yeah so each school has a different process! So after you apply and get an acceptance you will then proceed to the housing application around march where you choose preferences and if you want to room w a friend then you put them down and likewise for them! Other than that you'd have to go on this website that the school provides where you meet potential roomies if you don't already have one. After your first year you get to choose wherever you want to live and room specifically :)) x
Hey, nice video! I'm currently in double in Terry Hall and I don't like it very much. I was wondering what your experience with living in a single has been like? Do you like it? Is it tough? In my head it seems like a dream come true, but maybe that's not reality. Thanks :)
oh dude I love it! I used to live in a double in McMahon and had two different roommates in one year which was a little hectic. Being that I am more of an independent person and enjoy being alone and having my own space, I definitely recommend a single especially in McMahon (everything's there, my opinion) plus you can have some form of interaction with other people in your cluster. I thought I would hate it though being that I would be alone all the time but actually it's helped with my studying habits and I have complete control over certain aspects overall in my living space as oppose to doubling with another person. (sleep schedule, guests, etc.) Overall, I say give it a chance! Try something on north campus since it's more affordable if you are unsure about it!!
