- One of the worst TV shows ever made is back - Apple TV's INVASION returns with the first episode of season 2, titled "Something's Changed." But NOTHING has actually changed for the show itself, because it's still as nonsensical and boring as ever.
The Salty Nerds talk about the storylines of Aneesha Malik and Mitsuki Yamato, as well as introducing new characters like Global Girlboss, Indian Elon Musk, Ketchup Girl, and Joel from The Last Of Us. It's been four months since the events of season 1, but all the kids look like they've aged 5 years. Oh, and there is a sweet David Bowie montage.

Episode 2 made me want to punch my screen.
Dude the ending of episode 2 made me have the same reaction, all I'm seeing is man sycks man are slow men are weak, and girl saving boy from bully and seizures, belt clipping, the driver couldn't hit the brake, I just found out about this show and season e made me roll my eyes
@@livelong6685 Greetings mate. I meant episode 2 from season 2, but I remember episode 2 of the first season and can relate to your frustration. The funniest part was the quarry with no roads for trucks to get the stones out of the hole. Wait and see, the show just keeps getting dumber and worse. I only watch them because I'm a sci-fi nerd and alien invasions automatically attract me.
I was too relaxed to be aggressive because I kept falling asleep.

Episode 2 is even slower. What I don't understand, by the way, is how can Apple TV have such a great show like "For All Mankind," which is impeccably written and an awesome show like *Silo," but then have this absolute crap as well? I was originally feeling like Apple TV was true prestige programming, like HBO, but now I'm gonna be nervous about their programs' quality, going forward. They should cancel season 2 already and just edit it into a two or three-hour movie, to finish off the show.
It all comes down to the showrunner. Simon Kinberg is a total hack.
I tried. Hoping it would get better cuz ya know aliens. But within 25 minutes apple shows how only women can do anything, help anyone, fight the aliens, be smart or just dominate men. Also, any consistency of how strong or weak the aliens are is just amazing!!! One scene, one bullet or one Molotov cocktail from a rapid fire super hero that is running around with 30 bottles in her waist band like someone smuggling candy into a movie theatre. Then next scene they can take a nuke or 97 bullets and keep killing like a terminator. God bless apple and their agenda nonsense that is so important to put in every second of every show and movie that is forever made. Please god let apple stock fall 120 points so it all stops. Please god!!!
I needed to see this; I watched the entire series alone without being able to discuss it with anyone. I don't know why I watched it all, just to find out how it ended. But with each episode, I hated it more and more. Hahaha, it's good to know I'm not the only one.

I’m just slowly catching up on your S2 episodes after Smitty. I love the names, Dr POS, POS junior, POS device, and the one that cracks me up every time is the alien butthole 😂😂
I found it amusing that each new location in the show is accompanied by caption that it takes place on Earth. What was the point of that when both seasons only take place on Earth or in low Earth orbit?😊

You should check out The Lazarus Project, it's a really interesting time travel show I just binged. Not heard much about it online, but now that Doctor Who is crap, I wanted a good time travel show.

Not only does 2 trillion $ Apple charge the most for its streaming device they actually have the nerve to charge $$ just to watch this crap. The opening credits show all these eerie scenes but non of that would be in the movie. No, we start with the family having a BBQ and constant time waisted on the Japanese girl and here visions of her GF and this pattern she is trying to understand . HOW THE HELL DOES A PATTERN HELP YOU DEFEAT AN ALIEN. I just scrubbed there the latest episode to see what he finds in the hole and surly there is a hatch that he cannot penetrate. Are they going to discover the leader is Tim Cook.

Like it or not, there are people who actually loved the show. It's the only reason I have an Apple TV subscriptipn. Mitsuki and Hinata story is really engaging to me. Hope to see a lot more!
