I felt weak, exhausted, Dad caught me watching porn, guilty, even lack willpower and so forth. It took me two years of inspiration to find ways of embodying my subconscious mind from my devastating 💔 act Eventually I graduated from porn by absorbing the teaching of semen retention. I now practice S.R without focusing my conscious attention to it.
The last part of your writing made me really happy When you get to that point in retention. You have simply sublimated the energy and now no need to think of it, you only need to make the day count now. Kudos to you man. And yes I’m still mastering this YouTubing stuff, I still have some learning to do 😎🫶❤️
