I am curious as to what your strategy is for not relapsing. For myself, I have found that I start to lose control the more I look at females/sexual content. Man is one of most visual creatures on planet, whereas other animals are mostly smell oriented. Therefore, if we are very careful with what we look at, and do not look at the porn or the attractive females, the chance of relapse is zero. Once I start looking I already consider this masturbation, even more dangerous than physical stimulation. As for sexual thoughts, I do not worry about thoughts and feelings, as these come and go.

Uncanny timing bro. I had a nightfall a couple of hours ago on Day 228 (last one was Day 135). There was something sexual in the dream that maybe was caused by being a little lustful the past week. I have been on this journey for one year. I began training for boxing in june 2023 at 41, i used to run and do aerobics only but when i started boxing, i knew i had to retain to be strong, the kind of training i do, many guys in their late teens and 20s find it difficult. i didnt force it like a joke its one year. No one believes i am up to 42, i have always fasted from food and sex intermittently because i knew i needed a lot of energy to survive this cold world. A man should use all his energy for himself only that is when u can have substance and importance.
