The last chorus of this performance is my favorite. Not because of the water, but because of the passion introduced. In all other versions of this song, all the choruses are similar. In this performance, the last chorus is dramatic. Every time I hear the song now, I imagine the sound of this third chorus in my head.
I wish she would sing old songs like these live more often. Her vocal range has really improved since Fearless and the self titled album, and I'd love to hear her do these songs without missing any of the notes.

The way she changed up the tempo of the song at the end really grabbed me when I first watched this a long time ago. And her reaction to her standing ovation, I knew right then and there that she was going places. People like 'real' people and Taylor is as real as they come.. So happy for her success.
Her reaction at the end of this video when they're cheering for her is what really sold this performance for me. So modest. So beautiful. Love you Taylor!

I remember sitting there with my jaw dropped all the way to ground in amazement and my eyes so wide like watermelons. This has been and will be one of my favorite performances of hers forever. Not many artists can pull something like this off.

She’s only become a more polished singer, songwriter and performer over time. The way she can sing both country and pop now is incredible, and that’s why I personally feel the music industry has finally found the GOAT or Greatest Of All Time in music. Sure there are great singers and performers but.. Taylor’s ability to cross genres and have hit songs in whatever genre she’s playing, singing, and performing to is epic.
