  • Some of the shorter interviews I decided to put together into one video. I unfortunately didn’t get a picture of Bryce for the thumbnail.

I was so involved with listening to the guys talking, when the video ended, I thought my phone messed up, lol. I could've listened to them for hours. Lots of interesting info and stories. Thanks for sharing. See you later.

Ethan, I think it would have been very interesting to walk through the plant during its heyday. Too bad you didn't have some extra memory card to have them talk about the Vietnam time frame. Thanks Michael

Someone in Breese, IL is selling 2 White 8900 combines (1 running, 1 for parts) on Facebook Marketplace. They are going to scrap @ the end of May. Was originally $10000, & now is $4500.
    Love your videos btw.

Maybe the steel steering wheels were made for John Deere. The model B John Deere could be started using the steel steering wheel stuck into a hole in the flywheel.

Most workers only see a small part of the operation vice the bigger picture.

Would have loved to heard about their time in Vietnam. There is a guy in Grand Junction, Colorado who has a channel called the "voices of history" to which he has dedicated many hours of interviews with Vietnam vets. He has done several interviews of Iowans, and perhaps would return to do more interviews.
