Chocolate Fudge Cake | Simple And Easy Recipe | Bakers Bites

Need a guaranteed crowd-pleasing cake that's easy to make? This super-squidgy chocolate fudge cake with smooth icing is an instant baking win
Ingredients
Fudge icing
300g chocolate (milk or dark)
140g Butter
200g icing sugar
380g double cream
(Note: I added Whipping cream instead of double cream it threw the texture off. Plz use double cream)
Fudge cake
50g cocoa powder
80ml hot water dissolve in 1 tsp. Coffee
200ml vegetables oil
120ml buttermilk
4 eggs
200g flour
125g brown sugar
125g white sugar
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Vinegar
Use
3 x 6inch cake tray (I used) bake @180c for 35 to 45 minutes
Or
2 x 8 inch cake tray (I recommend) bake @180c for 30 to 35 minutes
