Beef Roast
3 kg beef medium size
For dry masala
9 tbs Fennel seed
4 large size cinnamon sticks
15 cardamom
12 cloves
2 tbs pepper corns
Dry fry the masala on low flame until the rawness goes and then
Off the flame and add
3 tbs coriander powder
1 tbs turmeric powder
2 tbs chilly powder
Powder this in a mixer grinder, sieve the masala and Marinate on the beef with 3 tbs coconut oil, 6 tbs GINGER , garlic , green chilli paste and curry leaves and salt
Pressure cook the meat , then boil the beef and remove extra water content in the beef , this u can store in the freezer once it cools down
Beef roast
Saute 9 cups chopped onions, 5 cups chopped tomatoes, 12 chillies and add the fried beef and saute until everything mix really well
Note
Add the same powdered dry masala to the beef in case you prefer more
