What an excellent video. I just want to share something I saw in a video a few weeks ago about Seed oils and our current body fat. Not only are we packing on weight from so many carbs but also the fat we are storing is like a GMO ALIEN TOXIC fat that once we are dieting or fasting... Our cells don't want to burn. The engineered oils and fats have unique properties that are unnatural to the human body and while they do create fat deposits the unique proteins and cell structures are crap. Garbage In Garbage Out.
As a person who finally solved my life long problem with headaches and migraines I have learned that MSG and Hidden MSGs that are in 90% of every product in the grocery store will spike your insulin levels by 300% as well. You could be starving and fasting and eating salad and using a lowfat diet dressing loaded with a hidden MSG and it will signal your body to release insulin making it almost impossible to lose weight. For anyone that has put a massive genuine effort into losing weight and it seemed impossible they should visit the videos of Dr. Berg here on this platform and educate yourself about Hidden MSGs. His video on Hidden MSG's I believe could alone solve the obesity and diabetes epidemic.

Calories are not a measurement of energy usage, calories or a measurement of heat. Counting calories is a waste of time. If you wake up in the morning and you're craving carbs and you're hungry then you had too many carbs the night before or the day before eating. Carbs and sugars actually causes you to get hungry

This thing that people do where they say, this doesn't work and that doesn't is presumptuous crap. Everyone is different and you have to do what is right for you. If keto works great, if you love the Mediterranean diet and it works, great if Ur pure carnivore great but to say that counting calories doesn't work is wrong. Works perfectly for me and for plenty of people all over the world.

When I felt adapted I switched to two meals a day, then one meal a day. You may get to loose too much weight doing one.meal, if so, go.back to two meals and so on. Sleep. Have a new problem since I started this journey 3 years ago; being somewhat a believer in "gut health" (Dr Gundry/Dr Jason Fung), I managed to fix my leaky gut and get it super active in making short-chain fatty acids (with small amounts of inulin fiber or ACV mixed in my evening meat meals or drinks); I finish my meal about 5ish and start sleep about 9ish, but at about 1 AM, my gut bacteria are in full swing of making short-chain fatty acids from what I ate earlier (about a 6 hour delay), resulting in a lot of predicted body heat from "mitochondria decoupling" (Dr Gundry's terminology). While this is great, as I get a 2 to 3 pound drop, I sweat so much that the bed is super wet by morning (even with house at 72 degree). Its irritating. I hate to say it, but I may need to switch my "carnivore meal" to the mornings (so that the sweating is during the day at work). This is only about 4 to 5 days a week since I switch out of metabolic ketosis for the other days 2 to 3 days (more carbs as small treats in those days). Any thoughts?

Food order. Does nobody wonder why it would lower blood glucose pending the order of eating food?
Could it not be, that competing ph of the food in the stomach, would use opposing acid levels, which in turn would nullify effects of stomach acid breaking the food down, and just cause a slower longer digestion, of putrefied food that actually can’t be digested and will just end up passing through digestive system,? Possibly feeding bad bacteria that crave carbs, instead of going into the blood?

Yes - Fish oil oxidizes EASILY - but there are specific companies that do a ‘non abrasive’ process for extracting the oil just for that purpose -
It is NOT deodorized and has no fishy smell and it is ‘pure fish oil’ untouched by oxygen cleanly concentrated in capsule form .
