Hey Respected teachers... I have goat and rabbit antibodies of milk allergens. But i have problems with detection through sandwich elisa. I used different blocking reagents such as BSA, Gelatin, pig plasma, egg ova... But non of these reagents works well.🤔 The problem is that the lod is much higher. I dilute my samples many times but it also didn't worked well, than i did purification of my antibodies, but it this also worked not good. Even control is also high. Can you recommend me some suggestions please 🙏🙏🙏🙏🌹

It might be quite late.....did u try with 5% skimmed milk in PBS as blocking buffer
