Admittedly I'm more into edc so my outdoor stuff is nowhere near as specialized/custom as what you gots. A humble BK-10 w micarta and a kabar combat kukri (which is a great camp knife).. I hit the kabar clearance a couple months ago and picked up a zomstro chopper. Balance is forward, so comfort suffers but it tears ish up. Got a snody big boss too and quickly purchased an ebay seller handmade kydex bc the included leather edge side welt began disintegrating immediately.
@@brr8888 well you could always sand or grind it out. Or it’s completely possible it’s just not for you. I always say not all knives are for everyone. Some knives you like and some you don’t. Does not mean it’s a bad knife just means it’s not the knife for you.

if your stuff works then thats what really matters.. and nothing wrong with kabar at all..

@@WKNDER1I’ll admit I’m a little disappointed with that hump in the middle of the handle on my Puzon Bowie it’s uncomfortable.
