Real reviews are hard to find. Thanks for being genuine and honest. As a community we need to start supporting one another stop sending our money to them. They are sending us horrible products and getting rich off of it. Then we as the customer is being bought to scam another person
I’ve purchased Unice hair with my own money and it was 💩 show . I’ve gotten paid for videos and this is why I do not participate in paid wig videos anymore because they do not send the same hair. I don’t believe any review that’s been paid for , I only watch unsponsored/ not gifted wig reviews.

It really do be hit or miss with Unice. I’ve purchased several closure wigs from them and I’ve had similar issues as far as the smell . Silicon Mix is a life saver but I’d rather save my coins than gamble !!!
My husband was trying to surprise me and bought me a wig from UNICE. It was awful, the hair would not curl and I’m sure it was not human hair! He paid almost $300 for it. I was pissed! He emailed back and forth with them and they promised it was good hair. It was awful,awful, awful!!!! Will never buy from them again. I am a hair chick, I know hair and this was not good. Be ware of this company. They take advantage of hard working ppl. They send vlogger’s the good units to lure ppl in. I also blame them as well! They should be ashamed. The curls were beautiful, had no crazy scent and was absolutely gorgeous!!! I believe partially due to your experience. Thanks for your integrity. ❤
We appreciate your honesty and it's a shame what we have to go through just to get what we paid for. They always put "no smell" in the description so that's what we expect as consumers. Thank you for your honesty! I’ve had the tab open on UNice website for a while trying to decide if I wanted to buy a v-part wig. I’ve been watching reviews on You Tube but I noticed some of the influencers on the site have never actually reviewed that company on their individual channels! UNice and other wig companies use some thumbnails and video clips that are not representing their true products. You saved me $300!
To Liv Z: But to be honest, TRUE remi cuticle aligned healthy extensions do not need this type of "special treatment". I buy raw Indian cuticle aligned hair that lasts for years. I have been buying remi since 2006 and back then, even the closures from Chinese vendors were excellent. The problem is that the demand has outgrown supply so it stands to reason that hair quality has gone down CONSIDERABLY. The raw Indian I buy is perfect, however getting a closure that is of the same quality from Chinese videos is next to impossible. I am trying hard to source authentic raw Indian closures and it is a hard road. Of the last 5 closures I have purchased from the usual suspects: Tinashe, QT. Migor Milagros, Angkor hair et al I have had money back due to the disgraceful standard of the hair. Split ends, short hairs (short hairs are just lazy ventilating) and sometimes the cuticles are not aligned so they are making wigs and closures with fallen hair, often dyed so not virgin at all. Really wish the industry was regulated.
Thank you again for your honesty! The hair definitely looks better. It’s possible they received a bad batch of hair or wigs from their vendor, but they shouldn’t pass that loss to the consumer! I glad you didn’t let them play with your coins. 🙏🏾💕
I’m wearing a unit from them now, I’ve had it for a month. It is pretty and I get a lot of compliments. It is deep wave, but the shedding is HORRIBLE. definitely not worth the $300 plus I spent. Also I gave them 4 stars on their website, and they deleted it!! Thank you for this review!!

We are in high struggling times right now so people like us needs to know things like this is happening today, definitely when it involves dishonesty and scams. I've seen things like this happening but with companies like Amazon when they purposefully don't post a true and honest review when it concerns a negative review regarding a product. Hair companies now that is shocking, bribing customers that is appalling and purposefully & dishonestly deceiving customers that is an offence, so thank you for letting us know of this, because I'm based in the United Kingdom and I've always thought, should I order from them 🤔 but because of where I'm based it turns out to be extremely expensive and if I have a problem it could turn out to be an absolute nightmare, so I will refrain from ordering from them. I've seen your 1st video I'm glad your now happy with your product and it worked out in the end. Shame about the rigmarole you had to go through. That is a shocking disgusting response of them bribing you to take down videos, please! do not remove it because we need more videos like yours on here, people needs to know this, there aren't much if any videos like this on here. I ordered 2 wigs and they both were horrible!!! They gave me back my money. They tried to give me 20% off next order and i told them I’m not buying anything from them. SMH i told them i send you back your wigs and you send me back my money and they sent back my money as soon as they got the hair.
Glad you got a unit that worked better. I tend to find nearly all of my wigs smell funny after first purchase and it may take a few washes to get it out. But its not horrible. Glad you tried to right this for you.

Thanks for your honest opinion. I never brought hair from Unice just based off the reviews alone. Thank Goodness I never had any problems with the companies I usually get hair from. Hermosa, Beauty Forever and Klaiyi never disappoint.
I believe every single word she’s saying. Unice customer service is horrible. It took forever to get a refund after being sent the wrong wig and sending it back.
This is why I’m here. I couldn’t find my negative reviews and the customer images on their own website didn’t match their professional pictures. The curls were very different. Glad for your help! It’s well needed.

I ordered hair from them and returned it. They told me they received a box that was empty with no hair and the box was damaged so they wouldn't refund me. The customer service was not helpful and rude.
So I’m just a lil baby UA-camr just got my first sponsored video coming up and it’s nit a wig lol but I did buy a UNICE wig recently and I actually like mine and was surprised it didn’t have a smell, however, 1 they are awful with the marketing and ads like they started blowing me up even on my phone through text and what’s app that’s crazy to me, and 2 I have had dealt with other wig companies doing the same mess you’re describing. Idk if it’s a cultural thing but they really be doing too much over reviews, like try to improve you’re products and your service and the good reviews will come! Also I strongly believe that when they send hair to influencers it’s better hair. I know some other people have said that and I agree I’ve been thinking this for years. There maybe some influencers who are willing to lie but I really just don’t think all of em are lying it be the companies man
I had the same experience when I ordered from Concious Curls Hair. I got a headband wig and bundles from them that were great. But the lace front I bought REEKED and I've been fighting with them for over a month to get my money back because that smell WOULD NOT come out. They offered me half my money back 🙄 And the worst part is they are "black-owned". Concious Curls Hair is another company that there are like no reviews on Like none Totally suspect!

The curly hair wig smelled funny so same thing as soon as I put water to wash it the smell got stronger!! And even before washing the curls look nothing like the photos. I purchased from them them and straight out the box I knew I received crap. I packed it back up and requested a refund label. Its been 4 days no label and many stall tactics or no response at all. I will never buy from them again. I guess you get what you pay for. The best hair does not cost two hundred dollars. These wigs are all a synthetic blend and chemically processed.
Their hair lasts for the first wash and then after that it’s trash. My hair didn’t stink but it is a one and done. I’ve tried all the curl patterns and all got matted at the nape REAL BAD
@@blove2719 I did finally receive the unit. It was a v part 18 inch I actually really like it the versatility of being able to wet it and it curls up and also make is straight the curls are more looser at the top and a little more tight at the bottom, me personally I like the looser waves so there is a slight processing smell to it so I did wash and condition the hair which help but doesn’t completely get rid of all the smell. Another note I also dyed the hair and it did fine I wish I would have gotten it longer just because of preference. Another thing my discount code from the site didn’t apply during check out so I contacted them and after a few messages I finally got the $10 after I mentioned I was going to do a UA-cam video about the hair. So they are definitely worried about what will be said about their hair. Hope this helps
Their wigs are super thin. They are over charging for super thin wigs with bad hair quality. The best thing anyone can do is buy a luxury wig or make their own from buying wefts.
No shade to the other "influencers", but they're getting the best hair and then saying it's worth the $600 they didn't even spend on it lol. Lies.

did you have an issue with having to pay for duties? FedEX just sent a bill, but my package was delivered by UPS,

It was a v part 18 inch I actually really like it the versatility of being able to wet it and it curls up and also make is straight the curls are more looser at the top and a little more tight at the bottom, me personally I like the looser waves so there is a slight processing smell to it so I did wash and condition the hair which help but doesn’t completely get rid of all the smell. Another note I also dyed the hair and it did fine I wish I would have gotten it longer just because of preference. Another thing my discount code from the site didn’t apply during check out so I contacted them and after a few messages I finally got the $10 after I mentioned I was going to do a UA-cam video about the hair. So they are definitely worried about what will be said about their hair. Hope this helps

A very small amount on Curly hair sometimes if it needs moisture
it’s sad bc the “influencers” either get the best quality wigs that the purchaser get low quality wig i never listen to reviews anymore

I knew unice wasn’t 💩 when I noticed they were using nadula UA-camr reviews as sponsored videos.
Their wigs are super thin. They are over charging for super thin wigs with bad hair quality. The best thing anyone can do is buy a luxury wig or make their own from buying wefts.
