How to set Position Zero Adjustment

How position zero adjustment is set in E&H pressure transmitter? Practical field setup is shown for your easy understanding.
E - It is the enter button. This will be used to enter into the main menu and enter into whatever we need to setup in the instrument
+ - It is used to move down to search the required setup
- - It is used to move up to search the required setup
+ & - - It is pressed simultaneously to exit.
