Crispy cookies on vodka "roses"

355 g of flour
2 eggs + 1 yolk
50 ml. vodka
pink, green dye (optional)
For frying, 500-600 ml. oil
Powdered sugar for sprinkling
These crackers on vodka are fragile, nicely covered with bubbles. Place the finished sausage on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
