A Taxi driver from syangja who is a retired Indian Army once Encountered a Ghostly Woman Locally known as Kichkandi . Few years ago He was waiting for passengers at Prithivi chowk Pokhara . He waited but found no one . He decided to come back to home ( Syangja) rather than to stay at Pokhara as he had to waste some money for hotel if he stayed . He was driving alone all the way to Khadekhola . It was almost 10 Pm and drizzling . Suddenly a girl stopped his Taxi . He asked where she wanted to go? But she did not answer .
