Looks good. I would expect up to 2 hours continuous at 50% speed on the 600mAh battery in a loco like that on a track without the tight curves, so 80 minutes is reasonable considering the friction on loco and wagon wheels on the 6.9 inch radius curves. Glad you are enjoying it.
I've had an idea for a long time, but i haven't had the chance to test it. Essentially, full live steam locomotive, but everything except the boiler and tray for the fire is fully 3d printed
Well its pretty easy to know your time of run. Say you have a motor and at the battery on full load it draws 600mA in one hour it would have wasted a battery of 600mah. Of course there are other variables to be acounted but as general rule you have 20% of losses depending on the design. In my experience i say this motor draws 600ma under full load and in your case is consuming 400mA. Cheers!
