What am I missing? Not one question on how you get your Imou Life account name and password? I loaded this on the computer and I dont have a clue. Also loaded camera and app. Got that working and did not have to have an account and can not find how to create an account there either. Can anyone tell me what I missed? Thanks
You can't record videos on PC with this software. Recording stops after 2 hours and there is no setting to change it. Useless software if you want to you your PC as NVR
@@JustTechIn doesn't work on desktop, mobile works fine. even mailed the support and they reply with translated english which is hard to make sense of, says they are working on it. working on what? just remove that stupid password BS

useless camera desktop app is always showing please enter the correct video password.
May be wrong credentials. Try on mobile if it is working it will work one desktop app too.

Hi, same problem also for me. The mobile app works fine but view on windows app fail and every time ask for password. I hope Imou fix it soon...
