Connect nvr to internet with lan cable going to router or extender. Network setting change from ipv4 to ipv6 and enable dhcp apply
Reboot nvr and hold reset button on camera for 10 seconds till the light on camera starts blinking now you can connect cameras and status of nvr should go to online from offline

Through LAN only possible, or you can use WIFI extender/bridge
