I'm going to be a Marine myself but who cares what branch you're in(NOT AN INSULT, DON'T GET MAD). Sure we all poke fun at each other but thats all it is, just for fun. We're all part of the USA and we all fight for the same cause. We're all brothers and sisters. Thank you for your service, Sir.
Awesome Video...I love seeing these but envy them because I graduated inside the Lycem because on Jan 20, 2000 it was too cold for Civilians as quoted by my SDI. You can tell the 2nd Battalion Chaplain has a great Personality.
man that head snap after that marine said amen all of the marines heads snaps back at the same time... MAN that was awesome i can't wait to go to the Marines
...that design is called a Quatrefoil, initially used to prevent Marine sharpshooters from shooting their oen officers during close-quarters gun battles on ships.
You mean SOI. If they are Infantry then it's ITB Infantry Training Battalion for six months I believe and if you are non-infantry (Even though every Marine is a Rifleman) then it's MCT. Then yes MOS School.
Solid Graduation...My Graduation was Don Freaking Inside back on 20 January 2000 because it was Cold and the Depot Leadership said it was too Cold for Civilians. We Practiced all Fucking Week with our Battalion Drill Master and the Regimental Drill Master Running Shit making sure ALL was on Point. The Regimental Drill Master was calling out the Commissioned Officers by their Damn Name and it was Great but then come Graduation Day we didn't get to Graduate on the Parade Deck.
No insult taken, and you're welcome. All branches of the Military are important. We did what we did, not for Medals or Honor, but for each other. Hooah!
Marine Regs must have changed the uniform. The Guides should be in Blues, and the Recruits in Deltas. What is the name of the uniform the recruits are wearing if the Guides are wearing Deltas? The olive green cover throws me off. We graduated in wool Alphas in Oct. 1988.
the guy with glasses messed up and thats funny because i know what that feels like, im not a marine yet but im in jrotc and i have screwed up majorly before and it sucks becuz you feel stupid
I was Fox Company Platoon 2012 back in 2005. Painful 13 weeks, but the pride will never be erased. Semper Fi
i graduated with plt 2052 that day. hope to return back to the island as a drill instructor one day.

Good to know that they still play "Hey look me over", from "Father Goose" after dismissal. They played it in '73, glad that traditions endure.
I graduated last week... Lt. Blythe is still around!
Yes, you get 10 days leave and after that you either go to MCT or MOS school
Like any other branch, the corps has their deep rooted traditions. God bless them all.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Departing January 2015 to Parris Island, I cannot wait
Did you make it?
50:00 Pfc. Huizar was recruited by my recruiter, Sgt. Vargas. So much respect for both of them, not even able to describe it.
Unless they're infantry, in which case they go to ITB at SOI which serves as their MOS school as well.
Dang, That white Staff Sergeant is so skinny his black belt is hanging off of him. Someone needs to give him double rations!
He looks malnourished, his clothes are falling off him.
Chaplain Blythe was there my first phase, he was awesome. Really missed him after he left.
He was there when I was a recruit
Beautiful ceremony congratulations marines. Have a blessed day!

10:22 i dont think his belt should be so slanted. or is that because of the sheath of the saber?

No insult taken, and you're welcome. All branches of the Military are important. We did what we did, not for Medals or Honor, but for each other. Hooah!
What happens if you're standing at attention sometime and you sneeze or whatever. Do the yell at you?
I'm glad i didn't have an umbrella in front of my face! that is rude, deal with the sun! every Marine on that Parade Deck had to so you can to!!
How they are not wearing their pistol badges?
why was the COL. in a suit instead of his uniform?
When they were dismissed, what was it they shouted?
MOTIVATION! DETERMINATION! MARINE CORPS
And, the Capt in the beginning was sloppy.

I think they choose cases by case
The bull dog was funny.
you go to m.c.t, every Marine goes straight to m.c.t for combat training, and after that they go straight to m.o.s school
Make that, the 3 who disliked this. 3 fucking flamers who's parents will never know what being proud, Of A US Marine is like.
